NBC’s ‘The Mysteries of Laura’ Season 2 Casting Call for Child Actors in New York City.
NBC’s ‘Mysteries of Laura‘ follows the life and relationships of the titular female homicide detective, played by Debra Messing. Laura’s soon-to-be ex-husband and also the clever cop who ends up being captain of her police precinct. The schmoozing serial cheater just needs to sign the papers for their divorce to be finalized. In the meantime, he’s stuck Laura with the responsibility of parenting their young twins.
Casting directors are looking for child actors ages 5 to 7 to work featured roles on ‘The Mysteries of Laura’ Season 2 filming in New York City.

Seeking SAG-AFTRA or NON UNION girls ages 5-7 with short hair for featured background work on THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA, SEASON 2. Their hair must be short enough to be mistaken for a boy. Scene will shoot on FRIDAY, JULY 17th and there will be an interview on Friday July 10th. Please email a CURRENT picture (need to see current length of child’s hair) to [email protected] with the following information: Child’s name, Parent’s name and phone#, whether the child is SAG-AFTRA or NON UNION, Date of Birth of child, child’s wardrobe sizes, and whether or not you have the valid work permit and trust account set up for child.
