TV Series Casting Call for Several Speaking Roles

Casting directors are seeking musicians for speaking roles to work on a scene filming in New Orleans, Louisiana. Producers are seeking the following types:

  1. TROMBONIST – Male/All Ethnicities – please only submit ages 18+ – A trombonist performing in a restaurant. Must be able to play trombone.
  2. SAX PLAYER – Male/All Ethnicities – please only submit ages 18+ – A saxophonist performing in a restaurant. Must be able to play saxophone.

Details surrounding the show have not been released. However, according to the New Orleans Film Commission, Hulu’s new TV series The First is now filming in Louisiana. “The First” will be centered on the first human mission to Mars. According to a Hulu synopsis released in May, when the streaming service announced the show’s straight-to-series order, it will “explore the challenges of taking the first steps toward interplanetary colonization.”

RPM Casting in NEW ORLEANS is seeking the following musicians who can play the below instruments for SPEAKING ROLES in an upcoming TV Series in the NOLA area… please submit to [email protected] – include the role in the subject line and be sure to include a photo and contact information!
