Kevin Durant’s new Apple basketball series is now casting African American actors in Richmond, Virginia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Richmond, Virginia this July 2019.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- 3 African American males and 3 African American females.
About “Swagger”:
Apple has picked up the series “Swagger”, a basketball-themed drama from NBA superstar Kevin Durant and his Thirty-Five Ventures. The series is written and directed by Reggie Rock Bythewood (Shots Fired) and centers around Durant’s experiences as a young basketball player. The show will explore the world of AAU basketball, the players, their families and coaches who “walk the fine line between dreams and ambition, and opportunism and corruption.”
