1) In the subject line put: FEEDING AMERICA OFFICE WORKER OR FEEDING AMERICA CHILD
2) In the body of the email include your: name, age, height, weight, phone number, email, and zip code on your Driver’s License or State ID.
3) Attach one current full body photo and one close up.
4) Confirm your availability to work on the date, please note that the call times are tentative and subject to change but it should only be three hours of work
5) Confirm that you have filled out the master survey pinned to the top of our Facebook page for adults or the minor survey for kids to be completed by the parent. Google Drive is having some issues, so you may not be able to complete the survey at this time.
7) If a minor, the parent must send us a scanned copy of your child’s work permit in the submission.
