Fox’s Empire is now casting new basketball players and teen actors in Chicago.
Fox’s hit TV series Empire is now casting actors to play basketball players, teen summit leaders, caregivers, and a college professor. Filming will take place between July 19th through July 28th in Chicago, Illinois.
About Fox’s Empire:
‘Empire’ centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders’ family as they fight for control of the company. The hour-long family drama was created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong, and stars Terrence Howardand Taraji P. Henson.

SHOOT DATE: TBD BETWEEN 7/19 -7/28
RATE: $80/8 and some will be $150/8
LOCATION: Chicago
FEATURED EXTRA ROLES:
CAREGIVER – Female, ages 25 – 65.
TEEN SUMMIT LEADERS: Male, African American and Hispanic, ages 14-18. If under age 16 you MUST have a work permit to submit.
EX PRO-BASKETBALL PLAYER – Male, African American, Ages 40-55, 6’2 and taller, must look like an athlete.
COLLEGE PROFESSOR: Male, African American, ages 45-65, distinguished looking.

2) Include your name, age, height, weight, phone number, current zip code and email address
3) Send 2 RECENT, candid photos of yourself (one full length and one from the shoulders up so we can clearly see your face) preferably dressed in the look you’re submitting for. The better the photo quality, the better your chance of being submitted!
4) NAME YOUR JPEG WITH YOUR FULL NAME.
5) Tell us if you have played ANY featured role on EMPIRE and what role you played. (This will not necessarily take you out of the running)
