AMC is now casting extras to play college students on a Halt Catch Fire.
AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire is now casting extras to play waiters, college students, and installation tech workers. Filming will take place in the next few weeks in Atlanta, Georgia.
About Halt and Catch Fire:
Halt and Catch Fire centers around one year after IBM all but corners the market with the release of its first major product – the IBM PC. In this fictional drama, a former IBM executive, Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) plans to reverse engineer the flagship product of his former employer and forces his current company, Cardiff Electric, into the personal computer race.

An male experience waiter – late 40’s to 60 years old – WAITER in Subject
A caucasian male 30’s to 40’s with hair that can pass for 1986 to portray an install tech – TECH in Subject
College Students – 18 – 20 years old ONLY – also with some hair to pass for 1986 – COLLEGE in Subject
