Extras Casting Call for Midwestern Types with Cars

Job Overview: Central Casting is excited to announce a casting opportunity for union members to participate in an upcoming production. We are seeking background actors who can portray a Midwestern look, and possess a sedan or SUV from the years 2016-2024. This role will contribute to a scene that aims to authentically represent a Midwestern setting.

Job Details:

• Dates: Work on May 22. Please note this will be a late call with an expected wrap time of approximately 12:30 AM.
• Location: Burbank, California
• Rates: $208 for an 8-hour day. Overtime will be compensated according to union rates.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time for makeup, costume fitting, and filming.
• Follow directions from the director and production staff.
• Participate in background scenes as instructed.
• Ensure your vehicle is clean and presentable for filming.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered union member with Central Casting.
• Must own a sedan or SUV manufactured between the years 2016-2024.
• Vehicle must be in good, clean condition and suitable for on-screen purposes.
• A photo of your vehicle must be uploaded to your Central Casting profile prior to casting.
• Ability to portray a Midwestern look as determined by casting directors.

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $208 for 8 hours of work. Hours beyond 8 will be compensated as per union guidelines.
• Any additional compensation for the use of your vehicle will be discussed upon selection.
