Casting directors are now looking for men and women who have chronic heart failure for videos that will appear online and on social media for SELF, Conde NAST, and other partners.

Condé Nast is a major mass media company founded in 1909 by Condé Montrose Nast, and owned by Advance Publications. Their publications include Vogue, GQ, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Wired and Architectural Digest (AD), Condé Nast Traveler, and La Cucina Italiana, among others.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Men and women who appear age 20-55 who have chronic heart failure
- Candidates should be in the New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Washington DC areas

SELF Casting Call
Casting men and women who appear age 20-55 who have chronic heart failure for videos that will appear online and social media for SELF, Conde Nast, and potential partners. Candidates should be in the New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Washington DC areas.
The ideal person has experienced this condition and wants to advocate for awareness by sharing their story.
Those chosen will shoot their own footage with guidance and direction.
Compensation is $2,000 for the shoots and usage.
The shoot will be in August 2020 and will comply with safety and social distancing measures.
