Casting Call: Background Actors for High School Scene
Job Description:
We are currently seeking individuals aged 18 and older who can convincingly portray high school students for background roles in an upcoming project. The New Mexico Casting Company is excited to offer this opportunity to join a dynamic cast and bring authentic high school scenes to life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as a background actor in various high school settings under the direction of the production team.
- Maintain professionalism on set, following directions closely and adapting to changes in shooting requirements.
- Be available for costume fittings and adhere to wardrobe requirements.
- Participate in shoots that may last several hours or potentially full days, based on production needs.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older with a look that can pass for a high school student.
- Available for shooting in New Mexico (specific locations to be disclosed upon selection).
- Reliable transportation to and from the set.
- No previous acting experience required, but must be able to take direction well and adapt to a dynamic filming environment.
- Must be punctual and have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying filming dates and times.
Compensation:
- This is a paid role. Compensation details will be provided upon selection and will vary based on role complexity and shooting hours.
- Meals and any required travel accommodations while on set will be provided.
