A Netflix feature film casting call for high end cars in Los Angeles, California.

Netflix Casting directors are now casting high end cars to work on scenes filmed in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 10-11, 2023. 

Producers are looking for the following talent: 

  • People at least 18 years or older have higher-end/Mid-end vehicles.
  •  Brentwood area “types.”

**CASTING NEIGHBORS with High-End Vehicles**

UNION ONLY

New Netflix Feature Film is looking for people at least 18 years or older with Higher end/Mid end vehicles. Brentwood area “types.”

(Please make sure to send over your vehicle information to be considered)

Working Date: Tuesday, 1/10 & Wednesday, 1/11. Must be available on both dates!

Testing: 1/9

Location: Brentwood area (Must be local to the LA area)

Rates:

U: $187 for 8 hours with time and a half after 8

+ $100 Covid test bump

+ 1/4 base rate for fittings (If A fitting is needed)

Acting Tips for Extras with High End Cars

If you’re looking to give your extra performance a boost in a high-end car scene, here are some insider tips for success:

  1. Look the part; dress appropriately and be sure to have the right accessories for your role.
  2. Familiarize yourself with luxury vehicles; research the types of cars used in this type of production, so you can mimic those styles and movements when required.
  3. Know how the car works; practice how to drive it correctly and understand its features before filming begins, as this will help to keep the performance more realistic.
  4. Follow directions; listen carefully to the director’s instructions and stay on task throughout each take.
  5. Practice makes perfect; familiarize yourself with the route prior to shooting, so you can act fluidly while driving as if it’s second nature.
