Job Description: We are casting African American families and single talents for an exciting Disney project shooting in Orlando, FL. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile production, with travel, accommodations, and per diem covered by the production team. Selected talents will be featured in a fun and engaging project that highlights the magic of Disney.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a professional Disney production, taking on roles that may involve on-camera dialogue and interaction.
- For the specific role of “Swimmer Boy,” perform multiple dives and slides into a pool while delivering lines in a cheerful and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the production team during the shoot to ensure the best possible performance.
- Attend a fitting session prior to the shoot date to ensure proper wardrobe and appearance.
Requirements:
- Swimmer Boy Role:
- African American boy, aged 8-10.
- Must have an easy smile, swagger, and be athletically inclined with a bit of a showboat personality.
- Proficient swimmer, comfortable taking multiple dives and slides into a pool.
- Able to speak with a clear, authoritative tone while being cheerful and engaging.
- General Requirements:
- All talents must be African American.
- Must be available for travel to Orlando, FL, with travel days included in the shooting schedule.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with the production team.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $500 per day, with a guarantee of 3 days of work.
- Buyout: $2,000 guaranteed.
- Per Diem: $75 per day, with an additional $75 for the fitting on Sept 23.
- Travel, hotel accommodations, and per diem are fully covered by the production.
