$2,500 Casting Call – Tattoo Artists – Sydney-based

Job Overview: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a male tattoo artist to feature in a high-profile advertising campaign for a well-known Australian food brand. This is a unique role that blends artistic talent with acting skills, ideal for individuals looking to expand their exposure in both the art and commercial sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act and perform scenes using a tattoo machine (note: no actual tattooing will be done during the shoot).
• Collaborate with the director and crew to fulfill the creative vision of the campaign.
• Attend wardrobe fittings and makeup sessions as required by the production team.
• Participate actively and professionally during filming, adhering to all scheduled call times.

Requirements:

• Male, aged 20s to 30s.
• Must be a qualified and licensed tattoo artist based in Sydney.
• Comfortable with acting and performing on camera; previous acting experience is a bonus but not required.
• Available to shoot on Friday, June 6th, and Saturday, June 7th, 2024.
• Ability to provide or discuss the use of a tattoo shop/parlour for the shoot is preferred.

Compensation Details:

• Talent Fee: $2,500 AUD (less tax, plus superannuation)
• Additional fees for the use of tattoo shop/parlour can be discussed.
• Total commitment: 1 x 8-hour call per day across specified shoot dates.
