Talents must embody the Starbucks brand positively and professionally, bringing energy and professionalism to long shooting days. They are expected to perform in front of the camera, adhering to the director’s vision while maintaining the ability to follow directions and feedback from the creative team. The responsibilities also include adhering to wardrobe, makeup, and stylistic guidelines and collaborating with other talents and crew members on set. They must be available for the entire shooting schedule and any necessary pre-shoot meetings or fittings.

Individuals with previous modeling or acting experience are preferred but not required. Applicants mustn’t have any conflicting engagements with competing brands in the tea, hot beverages, energy drinks, or coffee sectors for at least three months. They must be able to take direction well and adapt to changes while maintaining a professional demeanor and reliability. A flexible schedule is also necessary for shoot dates and potential callbacks, along with the legal right to work in the location of the shoot.

The project rate is $500 daily, with a usage fee of $1500 for On-Camera Principal (OCP) roles. For those specializing in hand models, compensation is set at $900.
