Looking for a Job? ‘Karate Kid’ is Now Hiring in Atlanta

YouTube’s Karate Kid is now accepting crew resumes in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to Georgia.org, producers are now accepting resumes for all crew positions. As a result, producers are looking for production assistants, grips, gaffers, make-up artists, stylists, wardrobe artists, and other crew members to work on the upcoming feature film.

About Karate Kid:

IMDB reports the new TV series will be set 30 years after the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament.

“The series focuses on Johnny Lawrence reopening the Cobra Kai dojo, which causes his rivalry with Daniel LaRusso to be reignited,” the plot description on IMDB says.

The show will feature Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, who will reprise their roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence. The 10 episode series will premiere on YouTube Red in 2018.
