Looking for a Job? Apple is Now Hiring Production Assistants

Apple is now hiring post-production assistants.

Apple is investing in the film industry with several upcoming feature films and movies. As a result, the multi-billion dollar enterprise is looking for people to work closely with three executives within the Post Production Department at Apple. Their ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and can work in a team environment. “If you are extraordinarily well-organized, able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and take the initiative this may be the right opportunity for you.”

Apple is reportedly planning on spending around $1 billion on original programming in the next few years. More recently, it has been projected Apple will pay about $4.2 billion on original programming by 2022. Apple’s upcoming programming will reportedly debut between March and the summer of 2019.

Due to Apple’s push into original programming, the tech giant is now hiring several jobs and looking for aspiring filmmakers and those experienced in the entertainment industry to join the company.

Job Description:

You will provide full administrative support to multiple team leaders at the executive or leadership level Ability to lead cross-functional calendars with heavy calendaring, while supporting the overall teams Organize meetings via live, videoconference and conference calls Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures Help plan and execute offsite meetings for team Consistent and collaborative interactions with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc.
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Critical thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the “big picture” Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically Proactively lead team support, ranging from printer management, supplies, facilities and more Proficient in eApproval and complete expense reports
Assist in ordering equipment for department Experience with on-boarding new employees Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages along with additional knowledge of Excel Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale
