Some of the biggest movies in Hollywood are often times the most expensive. While it is true that some smaller budget movies do make a lot of money, often times the most successful movies are the costliest. It is interesting to note that many of the most successful movies ever made cost over $200 million dollars to make.
But, not all expensive movies are major hits. One of the most expensive movies ever made was ‘Water World‘ starring Kevin Costner. The movie did horribly in the box office.
According to IMDB and Box Office Mojo, here are the 10, adjusting for inflation, most expensive movies ever made.
