Hollywood is turning Snowpiercer into a TV series.
The 2013 cult classic Korean feature film is being turned into a TV series with Josh Friedman (Sarah Connor Chronicles) attached to write the script for Tomorrow Studios, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The TV series will be based on the 2013 movie that was written and directed by Bong Joon Ho in his first English-language movie.
The movie starred Chris Evans and Tilda Swinton and focuses an a post-apocalyptic Ice Age where the only remaining people in the world survive by riding on a train that travels around the world.
The movie was released in 2014 and made $4.5 million in the United States and $86.8 million worldwide after it was released on video on demand after only two weeks.
This is just the latest of a long list of reboots, remakes, and spinoffs Hollywood has put into production over the last two years.
