The Ad Concil is producing a powerful PSA aimed at raising Alzheimer’s awareness, and they are searching for the perfect candidate to portray the role of the Granddaughter. The project type is a PSA, and the successful candidate can showcase their skills and contribute to an impactful campaign. The selected talent will be compensated with a rate of $500 + 15% for the session and usage for both English and Spanish spots.
The role of the Granddaughter calls for an 11 to 14-year-old Hispanic girl who embodies authenticity, naturalness, and genuine charm. The character should exude a combination of grit and confidence while maintaining a slightly awkward yet endearing persona. Imagine a “Little Miss Sunshine” type of character who can have fun engaging in TikTok dances with her family. Fluency in Spanish is not required, but the ability to speak lines is essential.
To participate in this exciting casting opportunity, you must submit your audition tapes by the end of Wednesday, June 5th, 2023. The callback date will be held virtually on June 8th, 2023, allowing selected candidates to showcase their talent further.
If chosen for the role, wardrobe fittings will occur on June 11th or June 12th, 2023. A flat rate of $50 will be a fitting fee per talent requiring a fitting. It’s important to note that talents must provide their own clothes unless provided by the production stylist. The shoot will occur on June 14th or June 15th, 2023, and skills will only be required to work for one day.
The PSA will be filmed in Austin, Texas. Therefore, candidates must be able to work locally in the Austin area.
