Veep is a HBO comedy series set in the office of a fictional United States Vice President. The series is created by Armando Iannucci. After a 2011 pilot the series was commissioned for a full season in 2012. On April 30, 2012 the series was renewed for a second season, and the first season won three Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Veep features Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anna Chlumsky, Matt Walsh, Tony Hale, and Reid Scott in association with Armando Iannucci, Christopher Godsick, Frank Rich.
