The Dragonfly Agency is a new Dallas based Model Management company with a simple idea: develop, manage and market fresh new talent to the world.
Based in Dallas and working with national and international high fashion contacts, our philosophy is to develop their models’ portfolios locally and internationally for a modeling career.
Dragonfly president and co-founder Stasia Langford has more than 20 years experience in the industry. Starting her career in LA, she represented top models in the nation’s largest agencies. Stasia has managed and shaped the careers of, among others, Stephanie Seymour, Carla Bruni, Marissa Miller and Charlize Theron and discovered model/musician Jamie Bochert.
Vice-president and co-founder Leah Macaulay brings to the Dragonfly Agency a successful career in corporate IT and marketing, as well as creative design skills and an understanding of market trends and industry advancements.

Men ages 15 – 30 should be 6’0″ to 6’3 , and women ages 13-25 should be 5’9 to 5’11.
If they are interested in representing you, The Dragonfly Agency will contact you within two weeks upon receiving the photos.
