Tracy Morgan is still struggling to recover from the nearly fatal car crash.
Tracy Morgan is struggling to recover and return to his career following the nearly fatal car crash. According to recent reports, Tracy Morgan’s attorney has commented that the actor is “still struggling” after the major car crash that occurred earlier this year.
The actor/comedian was involved in a serious car accident on June 14th when his limousine was hit by a Wal-Mart truck, killing his friend and fellow comedian James McNair and leaving Tracy Morgan in critical condition.
Four weeks after the accident, Morgan was able to enter a rehab facility to help him recover from his injuries. However, his attorney told the Today show that ““He’s still struggling, but he’s a fighter and he’s had issues before that he’s fought through and he’s fighting hard… The interesting thing is at the beginning, the Internet was saying that he was dead, that he had lost a leg… there were all kinds of false reports. Now it’s coming out that he’s doing great, none of those things are true or accurate.”
Currently, Tracy Morgan is suing Wal-Mart for the accident and claimed that the Wal-Mart company should have known that the driver of the Wal-Mart truck, Kevin Roper was awake for more than 24 hours. Roper has plead not guilty to vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
