Learn how to audition for a speaking role on Marvel’s Doctor Strange
Plans for a Doctor Strange have been in development since the 1980s. But in June 2010, Marvel Studios hired Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer to write the screenplay for Dr. Strange. By January 2013, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed that Doctor Strange will appear in some capacity as part of “Phase Three” of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Several months later, Feige stated that a Doctor Strange feature film is already in development at Marvel Studios.

Scott Derrickson was hired to direct Marvel’s Doctor Strange and filming is set to begin in the spring of 2015. Earlier this month, Marvel announced that Benedict Cumberbatch will play the lead role and filming will take start in May 2015 at Pinewood-Shepperton studios in the UK, and is scheduled for release on November 4, 2016.Read more: Marvel: Benedict Cumberbatch to Play Dr. Strange
According to IMDB, Sarah Finn will be casting principal speaking roles in the upcoming Doctor Strange movie. Due to the popularity of Doctor Strange, producers have kept a tight lid on extra casting call opportunity as well as speaking role opportunities.
