A talent management team is seeking a Talent Assistant to help support models and talent while assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an organized and creative professional interested in talent management, fashion, social media, and the modeling industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day talent management activities.
• Help coordinate information and communications involving models and talent.
• Support scheduling and other talent-related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team on modeling and fashion projects.
• Assist with social media and digital content when needed.
• Stay current with fashion, modeling, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Strong interest in talent management and the modeling industry.
• Creative, organized, and team-oriented.
• Strong awareness of current fashion and social media trends.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, and editing tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest is beneficial.
• Interest or experience in the modeling industry is preferred.
