Belshe Casting is seeking a Latina actress for the principal role of Liza in a non-union proof-of-concept trailer. The role portrays a compassionate Latina teenager navigating emotional growth and self-discovery.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray the lead character, Liza, in dramatic scenes.
- Deliver emotionally layered performances.
- Participate in ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) and post-production dialogue recording.
- Follow creative direction and adapt performances as needed.
Requirements
- Female; able to convincingly portray a 15–17-year-old Latina of Mexican-American or Latin American heritage.
- Actors 18+ preferred if they can realistically play a teenager.
- Strong dramatic acting skills.
- Prior film and television experience preferred.
- Professional ADR experience required.
- Excellent vocal control and consistency.
- Ability to take direction and adjust performances.
- Voiceover, dubbing, or motion capture experience is a plus.
Compensation
- $300 per day + 10%
- Non-union project.
