Job Description
A promotional marketing team is seeking outgoing, energetic, and professional female brand ambassadors to represent a dispensary brand at beach events in the Hamptons. Selected talent will engage with beachgoers, promote products and special offers, and help drive customer engagement during busy weekend activations.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with beachgoers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce customers to featured products and promotions.
- Encourage qualified customers to place orders.
- Coordinate with nearby delivery teams to support order fulfillment.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance while adhering to the event dress code.
Requirements
- Female talent only.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with groups of people.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Sales, promotional, hospitality, nightlife, or event experience is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must comply with all applicable local and state cannabis regulations.
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Must be comfortable wearing beach attire during promotional activities.
Compensation Details
- $40 per hour.
- Potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
- 1099 independent contractor position.
- Morning and afternoon shifts available.
