Experiential Event Casting Call for Mature Talent

Job Description

A large-scale private influencer event for an oat milk brand is seeking one additional mature talent to help bring the campaign’s creative vision to life. The event is designed to fully immerse guests in the brand’s world and will feature talent with authentic personalities and distinctive style.

Casting directors are looking for individuals with a cool, character-driven presence who embody real-person energy and natural charisma.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate as featured talent at a private experiential marketing event.
• Interact naturally within the event environment.
• Represent the brand’s creative identity and aesthetic.
• Follow direction from the event production team.
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence throughout the event.

Requirements

• Age 60 and older.
• Cool, interesting, character-driven appearance.
• Authentic personality and natural on-camera or in-person presence.
• Stylish without appearing overly polished or commercial.
• Unique look and strong personal character.
• Diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• Prior event, modeling, acting, or promotional experience is a plus.

Compensation Details

• $33 per hour.
• Estimated 7–8 hour event shift.
