Screen Gems is an American film production company and division company of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group.
Screen Gems first started in 1948 as a commercial production company. And over the years the film studio has grown into a leader in the film industry with hit movies such as the Resident Evil series, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and the box office hit movie Think Like a Man.
In 2012, the company expanded into Atlanta to meet the growing Georgia industry demands and built several stages. BET Networks, USA Network and ABC/Disney locate television shows on the lot. In Wilmington, Marvel Studios filmed “Iron Man 3,” the largest production to ever shoot in North Carolina.
EUE/Screen Gems studios are now hiring several different positions; including entry level careers such as administrative/marketing/accounting assistants as well as custodial support and security professionals.
