Brand Socialite is hiring Production Assistants for a premium water brand activation during New York Fashion Week. The activation will take place at The Angel Orensanz Foundation in New York City. Production Assistants will help support event setup, logistics, operations, and on-site production needs throughout the activation. This position is ideal for dependable, organized, and proactive candidates who can work effectively in a fast-paced fashion and experiential marketing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support production operations during the New York Fashion Week activation.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics as assigned.
- Help production staff coordinate materials, equipment, and event needs.
- Follow instructions from event managers and production leads.
- Assist with guest-facing or promotional activities when required.
- Help maintain organized and efficient event spaces.
- Respond quickly to changing production needs throughout the event.
- Maintain professionalism during long and high-energy shifts.
- Attend required paid training before the activation.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

- Neutral or natural nail colors; red is also acceptable.
- No visible tattoos.
- Minimal, classic jewelry.
- Fresh, subtle makeup without lash extensions, heavy eye shadow, winged liner, or similar styling.
- Must fit provided uniform sizes:
