A fast-paced boutique TV production company is seeking an Assistant / Development Coordinator to support the Head of Development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in television development while working closely with an experienced executive. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling and TV production.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in building and designing pitch decks for TV networks

Manage scheduling, appointments, and administrative tasks

Coordinate development projects and maintain production timelines

Research and source compelling stories and leads for new projects

Collaborate on creative development and contribute fresh ideas

Support daily operations and communication with internal and external teams
Requirements

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content development

Proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar)

Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude

Open to junior-level candidates willing to grow in the industry
