Encore Nationwide is seeking a highly experienced mascot performer to portray Soar the Eagle, the official mascot representing the American Conference, at promotional events and media activations in Florida. This paid opportunity is ideal for energetic, athletic performers with strong non-verbal acting skills who are comfortable engaging with fans, participating in video shoots, and appearing in social media content throughout the season.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform as Soar the Eagle at conference events and promotional activations.
• Participate in a virtual training session and character review.
• Appear in promotional video shoots and costume reveal content.
• Interact with coaches, conference representatives, and fans.
• Create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Attend football media day and additional scheduled appearances.
• Work collaboratively with other mascot performers during events.
• Maintain the mascot’s energetic and family-friendly character throughout all appearances.

Requirements

• Previous professional mascot performance experience required.
• Approximately 5’8″–6’0″ tall.
• Strong non-verbal acting and performance skills.
• Athletic with excellent agility and mobility while wearing a mascot costume.
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable interacting with large crowds.
• Dance ability is preferred.
• Comfortable appearing in marketing and social media content.
• Available to work all scheduled activation dates.
• Willing to travel throughout Florida.

Compensation

• $100 daily travel stipend.

Brand Ambassador for College Homecoming Event (Tallahassee, FL)
