Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and create engaging UGC content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels that feature beauty products

  • Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand voice across all social media platforms

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with strategy and goals

  • Plan, script, and produce various content formats such as tutorials, hauls, and reviews

  • Edit and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Interact with followers through comments, Q&As, and giveaways to build community engagement

  • Monitor key performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions

  • Stay updated on beauty trends, social media changes, and competitor content

  • Contribute creative ideas during content calendar brainstorm sessions

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating UGC content (personal or professional)

  • Strong creative portfolio with high-quality samples

  • Excellent skills in photography and videography

  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
