Job Description
A new digital campaign is looking for real, everyday moments captured on camera—either existing photos/videos from your phone or new content you can shoot based on a fun casting brief. This campaign is all about showcasing spontaneous, quirky, and relatable moments in New York City through user-generated content. From selfies with pigeons to late airport reunions, this is your chance to turn your personal snapshots into paid content.

We’re especially looking for photos and videos taken in selfie or POV mode—vertical format only—with no captions or obvious filters. Whether it’s a chaotic rush in Times Square or a quiet pizza moment on the subway, we want content that captures the humor, emotion, and rhythm of real life in NYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit real, unstaged content that fits the casting scenarios

• Use Snapchat or your phone camera to shoot vertical videos/photos

• Follow the creative brief exactly—selfies must be in selfie mode, POV must be in POV mode

• Keep submissions filter-free and without captions

Requirements

• Open to individuals currently in NYC or who have recently visited

• All ages welcome, especially those aged 18–28 for select scenarios

• Must have access to personal content or be able to create new content

• Know and get consent from anyone appearing in your content (especially in subway or pet scenarios)

• Must not submit content previously posted on social media

Compensation

• $300 per selected photo or video

• Friends or family featured in selected content will also be compensated

• No payment for submissions that are not selected

Project Casting is seeking authentic, unfiltered photos and videos of people from around the globe for an upcoming digital campaign. This project celebrates the raw, unstaged moments of everyday life—capturing genuine connections between friends and family. Whether it’s a spontaneous laugh, a quiet backyard moment, or goofy memories with loved ones, your photo album might already have what we’re looking for.

No need to create new content—just share what you’ve already captured. Submissions can come from your camera roll or Snapchat memories (Snapchat filters are allowed but not required). The key is authenticity: real people, real memories, no social media polish.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit existing photos or videos that feel personal, fun, and true to life

• Focus on group shots or moments with more than one person

• Share a variety of moments—from funny to heartfelt

• Ensure content has never been posted to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Twitter

Requirements

• Open to all ages

• Must feature real friends, family, or loved ones

• Submissions accepted from anywhere in the world

• Content should be unstaged and natural

• Videos and photos must not have been shared on any major social media platform

Compensation

• $50 if you appear in a selected photo/video submitted by someone else

• $50 if you submit a selected photo/video but do not appear in it

• $100 if you appear in and submit a selected photo/video
