Job Description: We are seeking talented and dynamic DJs to join our event team for exciting gigs in the NYC/NJ area. As a DJ, you will be responsible for creating an energetic and unforgettable atmosphere for a variety of events. Whether it’s a nightclub, corporate event, or private party, your ability to mix tracks and read the crowd will be crucial in ensuring the success of the event.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform live DJ sets tailored to the specific event and audience.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other performers to deliver a seamless experience.
- Engage with the crowd to maintain high energy and interaction throughout the event.
- Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues during the event.
- Manage music requests and incorporate them into your set where appropriate.
- Adhere to event timelines and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DJ with a diverse music portfolio.
- Ability to read the crowd and adapt music selections accordingly.
- Excellent knowledge of DJ equipment, including turntables, mixers, and sound systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various event locations within NYC/NJ.

Compensation:
