Empire Season 4 is now casting real medical doctors and nurses Chicago, Illinois.
Casting directors are now casting talent to work on scenes filming on Thursday, January 4th or Wednesday, January 10th in Chicago, Illinois.
Producers are seeking the following types:

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Male& Female , Any Ethnicity, Ages 25-60
About Fox’s Empire:
‘Empire’ centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders’ family as they fight for control of the company. The hour-long family drama was created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong, and stars Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Male& Female , Any Ethnicity, Ages 25-60
If you are interested and have open availability during these dates, send an email with the following to [email protected]:
1) In the subject line put the role(s) you are submitting for ie: REAL NURSES or DOCTORS
2) In the body of the email include your: name, age, height, weight, phone number, email, and zip code on your Driver’s License or State ID.
3) Confirm that you have filled out or updated the current Master Survey on our Facebook Page.
4) Attach one current full body photo and one candid headshot. The photo must be of your current look and hairstyle/color.
5) Please let us know if you have previously been availability checked or booked on the film.
7) Tell of your level of experience and state where you have worked
