Job Overview: LB Academy is seeking a talented and experienced singing tutor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education, with specific expertise in vocal training. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with young students and help shape their musical abilities and confidence.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group singing lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.

Develop customized lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student.

Prepare students for performances, examinations, and auditions.

Monitor and report on students’ progress.

Collaborate with other staff members to organize recitals and other musical events.

Ensure a supportive and motivating environment for all students.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a singing tutor or similar role.

Strong ability to play the piano, accompanying students during lessons and performances.

Must possess a valid enhanced DBS certificate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.

Proven experience as a sports instructor, fitness instructor, or group exercise leader (aqua fitness and dance class experience preferred).

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and confidence leading groups in an entertainment-focused environment.

Ability to commit to a 3–12 month contract and work a 6-day schedule with 1 day off weekly.
Compensation

Salary: USD $1,300–$1,800 per month.
