Job Overview: We are excited to announce a casting call for a commercial set to air on television in New Zealand. We’re seeking a real-life son and mum pairing, with the son being an Asian / Southeast Asian boy aged 7-10 years old who plays football. The commercial aims to feature this dynamic duo in a heartwarming scene that will be broadcast as little introductions around the One Sports News on NZ TV and the Internet for 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the shooting of the commercial as per the director’s guidance.
- Work cooperatively with the production team and other cast members.
- Attend all scheduled shoots and rehearsals on time.
- Be prepared for a full day of shooting, following all provided instructions and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Real son/mum pairings only. We will not cast individuals separately.
- The child must be an Asian / Southeast Asian boy aged 7-10 years old who actively plays football.
- The mum must be in her 30s-40s.
- Both must be Auckland based and available for the entirety of the scheduled shoot dates.
- Previous acting experience is not required but may be beneficial.
Compensation Details:
- Mum: $3000 (minus tax)
- Son: $1000 (minus tax) This payment covers the shoot day and the rights for the commercial to air on NZ TV and the Internet for 1 year.
