This role is open to both NON-UNION and UNION submissions. Candidates must be registered with Central Casting to be considered for this unique position. The chosen individual will be required to perform accurate Vegas-style card shuffling on camera, demonstrating proficiency and comfort with this specific skill set.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Vegas-style card shuffling on camera with accuracy and confidence.
- Follow directorial instructions for specific shots or scenes requiring card shuffling.
- Maintain professionalism on set and work collaboratively with the production team and other cast members.
- Be available for makeup and wardrobe as required to ensure hand appearance is consistent with the character’s portrayal.
Requirements:
- Must be a female hand double, skilled in Vegas-style card shuffling.
- Must feel comfortable executing card shuffling accurately on camera.
- Must be registered with Central Casting.
- Available to work on the possible work dates: Thursday, February 8th, and Friday, February 9th.
- Ability to take direction well and adapt to changes in shooting requirements.
- Professional demeanor and reliability are paramount.
- Previous experience as a hand model or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $243 for an 8-hour workday. Overtime, if applicable, will be compensated according to union standards.
