Job Details: We are currently seeking two talented actors to fill the principal roles of CONOR and KAYLEIGH for an upcoming short film. This film delves into the intricacies of personal relationships, addiction, and self-discovery, set against the backdrop of Manchester’s vibrant city life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the characters CONOR & KAYLEIGH, showcasing a deep understanding of their personalities, backgrounds, and motivations.
- Collaborate closely with the director and fellow cast members to bring authenticity to the characters’ friendship and life experiences.
- Participate in rehearsals and take direction to enhance performance.
- Be available for all shooting days, scheduled around Manchester.
Requirements:
- Male & female actors in their early 20s.
- Must be able to perform with a native (Greater) Manchester accent.
- Open to actors with any level of acting experience – from beginners to seasoned professionals.
- Must live in or be able to commute to Stockport for the duration of the filming.
- A commitment to authenticity and a willingness to engage with the material on a deep level.
Compensation Details:
- This is a paid role. Specific compensation details will be provided upon application and will be commensurate with experience.
- Compensation will include all travel expenses for shooting days.
