Descriptif :
Au sein de la Direction Marketing et Digital, et rattaché(e) au Chef de Projet Acquisition Digital, vous l’assisterez dans l’ensemble de ses actions visant à piloter les campagnes d’acquisition des cinémas Pathé.
Vous serez notamment en charge de :
- La gestion opérationnelle des campagnes
- Ciblage, construction et montage des campagnes Social Media (Facebook, Google, SnapChat, Tiktok) pour relayer les sorties de films et nos offres en partenariat avec les distributeurs de films ;
- Participation à la création de landing pages dans le cadre des campagnes ;
- Veille et analyse des performances des campagnes, être force de proposition sur l’optimisation ;
- Assurer une veille des pratiques des nouveaux leviers d’acquisition et mettre en œuvre des nouvelles actions dans une logique de “test and learn”
- La gestion opérationnelle des assets de campagne
- En lien direct avec le service Communication des cinémas Pathé et des distributeurs de films, vous vous assurez de la bonne livraison des assets pour le lancement des campagnes ;
- Participation au brief créatif
- Contribution à la mise en place de reportings
- Suivi des campagnes ;
- Création des Dashboard via nos outils (Whatagraf) ;
- Création de rapports de performances sur nos audiences et assets ;
- Analyse des données et partage des résultats
Profil recherché :
En formation supérieure Bac +4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, avec au moins 1 stage de plusieurs mois en entreprise ou en agence à votre actif, si possible dans le Marketing & Communication digitale
- À l’aise avec les plateformes de gestions de campagnes : Facebook Manager, Google Ads
- La connaissance des réseaux sociaux et Google Analytics est un vrai plus
- Bonne connaissance d’Excel
- Esprit créatif et analytique
- Rigueur
