Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager of Venues, the The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall success of the building; acting as a representative and in the best interest of the venue. The ideal Operations Manager of the Biltmore Cabaret is passionate about Live Music, has great people skills, is business & computer savvy and genuinely enjoys hospitality and guest service. You have your ear to the ground with the local music scene and are excited to act as an ambassador of the venue and our organization as a whole. Think you have what it takes? The Role

  • Take the lead on all points including operational excellence, service, safety, capacity, atmosphere, overall financial performance this includes but is not limited to timecard approvals, tip pool management and month end cash counts.
  • Overall safety and cleanliness of the venue.
  • Effectively address guest concerns in a fair and honest way
  • Create positive relationships with your team, exhibiting empathy and respect for people at all levels
  • Develop and maintain a positive work culture for all employees
  • Be responsible for, and take ownership of the training & development of your team and direct reports
  • Ensure brand standards are being met
  • Working alongside our shared services to follow through with service expectations for special events

Job Description
Youth casting for a child double (photo double/stand-in) on a scripted production. This role will match the size and look of the principal youth talent for an exterior scene in the North Bay area. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor at all times. Shuttle transportation can be provided for the child and guardian if needed. Submit via Project Casting with measurements and recent photos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Match the lead youth actor’s height, build, and basic appearance for doubling.

  • Follow simple blocking and direction from the AD team.

  • Maintain continuity and remain set-ready throughout the day.
