Job Description:
The Creative Services Lead for REM is an experienced operational professional passionate about creative work and the teams & individuals who will craft & produce it. This includes functional disciplines in Design, Photography, Video, Writing & Production. The role is results-driven and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment that evolves with the needs of Retail, and has a strong connection to client history, and amazing products and embodies the company ethos of striving for excellence for its customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- This person will add operational efficiency to the creative workflow process by using best practices and available tools to streamline the way creative work is produced.
- The Creative Operations Lead would manage resourcing across creative teams including tracking project assignments and LOE in Wrike and status documentation.
- A very good understanding of creative development workflows is imperative for the success of this role.
- Manage project resourcing tools and status documentation for creative teams within REM.
- Work closely with the production manager to ensure proper resourcing based on the annual and quarterly plans of record.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with creative development.
- Experience in managing projects, resources, and operations within a creative studio, agency, or similar creative production company.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience with creative resourcing tools (ideally –Wrike/Keynote/Numbers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a variety of teams and projects.
