Casting Call: Executive Assistant to Director

Job Description
A leading casting and talent agency is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a busy director and dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative, HR, and scheduling duties with professionalism and confidence. You’ll be working in a high-paced environment with a chance to contribute directly to talent management and casting operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and assist with onboarding staff and talent

• Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments for the Director

• Maintain and update internal databases

• Issue contracts and handle confidential documents

• Coordinate communication between clients and departments

• Assist with general office operations and management

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients

Requirements

• Prior experience in a support or team lead role

• HR experience or training preferred

• Sales, marketing, or social media marketing background is a plus

• Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, Canva, and Adobe Sign

• Able to quickly adapt to new systems

• Must be proactive, flexible, and highly professional

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Compensation

• Salary range: £28,000 to £35,000 annually, based on experience

• Full-time role with long-term potential
