Job Description: We are looking for dynamic, driven, and creative Gen Zers who are bucking the trend of the 9-5 job. If you have a unique and interesting way of making money, have turned a hobby into a career, or are just committed to making a difference in the workplace with your non-traditional job, we want to hear your story.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-camera interviews and discussions.
- Share insights and experiences of your non-traditional career path.
- Provide a behind-the-scenes look at your job or business, if applicable.
- Engage with production staff and other participants in a professional and cooperative manner.
Requirements:
- Must be part of Generation Z (born between 1997-2012).
- Engaged in a non-traditional job or career path.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and sharing personal stories/experiences.
- Ability to convey passion and motivation for your chosen career path.
- Consent to background checks and standard production legal agreements.
Compensation:
- Appearance fee: To be discussed upon selection.
- Potential for additional compensation based on personal story impact and series reach.
- Travel expenses and accommodations provided if filming requires location change.
