Kelly Services has recently partnered with our customer who is an architect firm of over 40 years, seeking a Marketing Director to join their team. This is a newly created position, open to someone who can be the voice of Marketing, make improvements and lead the team. This person will be a part of a collaborative group, in a brand-new office atmosphere with some great perks. The MD will manage and coordinate the firm’s marketing efforts. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective RFP response process to maximize creation of new business within the firm’s established goals and objectives. Develop and implement promotional programs and plans; Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, collateral, and qualification packages. Support external communications including website, newsletter, and social media.

Responsibilities

Management of Marketing Staff

• Assign and monitor day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing staff.
• Schedule specific Marketing staff assignments in support of specific marketing tasks or projects.
• Identify any support needed from Leadership, staff, or outside consultants in support of any specific Marketing task or project.

Management of Marketing Projects

• Schedule and coordinate Leadership, Marketing and Graphic Design support assignments necessary for production of specific Marketing project collateral.
• Prepare for and run the weekly Marketing and Marketing Collateral meetings.

Management of Marketing Collateral

• Participate along with Leadership in strategic planning exercises.
• Oversee the development of visual and written content in support of strategic Marketing plans.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of project photography.

Support of Business Development Initiatives

• Assist in researching prospective markets, clients, and projects.
• Participate in the pursuit of leads in collaboration with Leadership.
• Attend priority industry events with Leadership as appropriate.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
• 8-10 years experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Deltek VantagePoint, Open Asset.

What’s a typical day as a Digital Print Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Receiving incoming work orders and processing for production

• Operating Xerox D110, Xerox Nuvera 144, Xerox Color 4100, Cutter Machine, Bidering, Folding machine Verizon Brand, and Xerox Software

• Printing, scanning, and copying jobs in accordance with customer instructions

• Quality controlling all work for accuracy

• Maintaining and cleaning all equipment regularly

• Assisting with inventory and supplies

• Preparing packages for shipment with UPS, Fed-Ex, and other couriers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in large format production printing

• Have the ability to work overtime when required

• Have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

• Have the availability to work 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F

What’s a typical day as a Product Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Developing roadmap development and execution with gathered market needs including VOC, and market and regulatory trends to ensure next generation of products are at the forefront of long-term vision and strategies.

• Supporting sales, operations, product marketing, technical service, training, and I/T. This includes Quote Wizard, Qwanix II, AHRI registration, EcoRebates data management, NEEP registrations, Collaboration and guidance with Regulatory manager and local sales team in these respective markets; Provide information to product marketing component of the marketing team to enhance the messaging delivery of new product concept to release; Coordinate and guide operation in new product launches, changes affecting prices, changes to all products and related accessories and 3rd party items.

• Engaging with customers for special product representations, organizations, and utility relations that directly impact product sales and development for trainings and demonstrations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

• Have 3-5 years of product management and operational business experience

• Have knowledge of various go to market sales channels including stocking distribution, commercial manufacturers reps, strategic regional and national accounts

• Are familiar with different national sales cycles and styles that occur between the company and the distributor, the distributor and the dealer, and the dealer and the consumer

• Possess excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Have superior organizational skills and sales success

• Are computer proficient – particularly in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Are willing to travel as needed both domestically and internationally
