Job Overview:

The customer success manager (CSM) ensures customers are on boarded onto the platform effectively, and their Dental Practice is setup for success leveraging everything that the platform provides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure new customers have a solid foundation with respect to platform’s setup and configuration.
  • Ensure Key personnel at the customer end are trained on the platform
  • Ensure new customers adopt recommended Standard Operating Procedures, & Best Practice Workflows, at their dental practice.
  • Define, Track and Monitor Customer health with regards to:
  • Product Feedbacks
  • Customer support interactions
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business success
  • Ensure the best possible customer experience at all times.
  • Serve as SME for everything the platform offers to their customers.
  • Serve as SME for recommended best practices and Key Performance Indicators for Dental Practices.
  • Create and promote a learning environment.
  • Help develop competency improvement training and assessment programs for the team.
  • Help improve the policies and procedures that enable efficient customer success management.
  • Handle escalated customer support situations that require expert involvement.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed team of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 technical support team to enable efficient customer support.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to obtain speedy resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed Product Engineering team to bring about the most sought after product changes for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure the product roadmap meets all relevant customer and industry needs.

Must Have Experience:

  • Minimum of one Dental practice management software
  • Revenue Cycle Management
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Dental Practices
  • All job functions and workflows at a Dental practice
  • Minimum of 5 years in US Dentistry
  • Minimum of 1 year managing a large (high volume) Dental Practice
  • Working with clearing houses, electronic eligibility & claims, ERAs

Job Type:

Full Time. On-Premise in-office job based out of the Celebration FL corporate office. Not a hybrid or remote position. (This is needed to realize the swift ramp up of all internal organization functions, to further support the exponential increase in scale of operations planned in the coming years. This also means increased growth opportunities to all our team members.)

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to hire a Technical Product Manager.

As a Technical PM you will:

  • Create technical requirements to convey your ideas and communicate your solutions to the Engineering team and beyond
  • Work with engineering to break down requirements into tasks, estimate effort, and plan sprints
  • Be a thought partner to both Product and Engineering teams, balancing product requirements with engineering scope
  • Collaborate with external partners to achieve effective and scalable technical integrations
  • Maintain the engineering backlog and prioritize work based on impact
  • Become an expert of our tech stack and own the documentation of it
  • Supervise and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process
  • Identify and define future opportunities that leverage our technology and data

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager and 3+ years as a Software Engineer
  • Background in computer science
  • Technical ability to advise and evaluate engineering decisions
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
  • A history of delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them

Compensation:

Base salaries between $180k-$220k + bonus and equity!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop big, cut-through ideas, stories and messaging that connects with our consumers and defines the brand for substantial and meaningful populations
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong empathetic and strategic executions
  • Work with marketing team members to define product brand identities across packaging, advertisements, and web assets
  • Take ownership of content development across YouTube, Streaming, Social, Podcasts, and other channels
  • Help establish and ensure that their voice is successfully implemented across projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in conceptual and effective marketing campaigns at an agency or client-side direct-to-consumer creative team, with deep knowledge of storytelling that engages consumers.
  • A proven track record of a wide range of creative campaigns, a diversity of ideas, and approaches to solving problems with a focus on articulating big, breakthrough ideas across a myriad of channels.
  • Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
  • Strong collaboration with team members at all levels to ensure projects are effective and meet brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
