Director of Product Marketing âš¡

Come and disrupt the healthcare sector! An established Series C HealthTech is leading the charge for analytics-based clinical care to help inform treatment decisions. Their platform is being utilized in hospitals worldwide to improve patient care and outcomes.

They are looking to onboard a talented Director of Product Marketing who is driven by the strong voice of the healthcare market to join their growing team. In this role you will be at the forefront of clinical innovation working towards the shared mission of modernizing healthcare. You will be the first hire on the team, and will work closely with C-Suite and the Product team.

This role requires the building of the company’s product awareness combined with interacting cross-functionally with other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Through deep customer and technical product knowledge, work with the product team to ensure market fit and develop messaging to support new and existing products
  • You will have a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, and translate those insights into actions for partner teams
  • Support the product team’s understanding of customer satisfaction and competitors
  • Partner with a number of internal teams to develop and improve product demos

Requirements:

  • 7 + years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management in high growth, SAAS environments
  • Proven track record of understanding and promoting technical products
  • Strong interpersonal, storytelling and writing skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Product Marketing
  • HealthTech experience is a huge bonus

They are looking to onboard a talented Senior Product Manager who is driven by the strong voice of the healthcare market to join their growing team. In this role you will be at the forefront of clinical innovation working towards the shared mission of modernizing healthcare. You will be the first hire on the team, and will work closely with C-Suite and the Product team.

This role requires the building of the company’s product awareness combined with interacting cross-functionally with other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own a large part of the product roadmap and strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with both leadership and stakeholders
  • Perform user research to understand the needs and pain points of customers
  • Ensure that customers have a seamless experience from onboarding to regular usage of the product
  • Work in a customer-facing role, to take on feedback and make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Travel requirement: 10-20% travel per quarter

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management working on a SaaS product
  • Understanding/excitement of design and UX
  • Understanding of medical payer ecosystems – experience with EHR systems is a huge bonus
  • Start-up experience or desire to join a start-up is required

????Competitive Salary: Base ($110,000 – $135,000) + Variable Bonus

Come and help disrupt the healthcare sector! My client is an established Series A HealthTech with nearly $20M in funding that optimizes the prior authorization process for providers,

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers.

This role requires a results-oriented and hard working candidate who is motivated!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the implementation and onboarding of new medical practice accounts
  • Building trusted partner relationships with medical practices to increase customer referrals
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success while also operating with a strong degree of autonomy
  • Working collaboratively with customer support, product, growth and other departments to help with the optimization of customer engagement and the overall growth of the business
  • Presenting to practice executives in an engaging way
  • Quantify and report on external and internal customer health goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years as an Individual Contributor in a customer success or account management position
  • SaaS experience within a start-up
  • Possess a growth mindset
  • Comfortable using BI tools
  • Strong work ethic
  • A keen interest in payer services/biller operations and healthcare
