Who You Are:

A detail oriented and organized professional who is a self-starter with a passion for meticulous detail and accuracy.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience

• Mastery of the English language including spelling, grammar, and punctuation

• Strong proofreading skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Ability to effectively manage, prioritize and report on multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in QA for digital marketing campaigns, such as SMS/Mobile, Web, Social Media,

Shopper Marketing, and/or ecommerce a plus

What You Would Do:

• Proofread all concepts, digital assets, revisions, proofs, and final deliverables for accuracy

• Ensure proper asset specs, layouts and brand standards have been used

• Review content and call out any questionable and/or inconsistent information

• Research any issues related to the content of the work to ensure accuracy

• Work directly with account management, creative, and production to ensure all issues are

addressed before a final product is sent

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high

level of customer service

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry best practices and client specifications to apply

to all final deliverables

• Effectively interact with clients in a way that positively impacts the agency relationship

Who You Are

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Production Artist with a passion for print design and a dedication to delivering outstanding results, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of print collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, promotional materials, and event materials.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining a strong brand identity across all print materials.
  • Execute the full design process, from initial ideation to final production, ensuring accurate and print-ready files.
  • Prepare files for printing, including color correction, image optimization, pre-press checks, and proofreading to guarantee high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and printing technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in photo retouching, image manipulation, and other post-production tasks as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Works well within a collaborative team environment.

What You Need

  • Minimum of 5 years graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print collateral projects, highlighting your proficiency in typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of print production processes, including color separation, file formats, and print specifications.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, ensuring accurate and error-free deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into design improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital design and multimedia production is beneficial but not required.

· Familiar with and have worked in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Some agency or design studio experience preferred.

What You Need

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience
  • Art direction ability that is rooted in the craft of design
  • Knowledge of full Adobe creative suite
  • Provide samples of previous work that demonstrates, strategic, intelligent creative executions for brand and retail clients
  • A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles
  • A good understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current and cutting-edge digital technologies
  • Ability to develop simple and elegant design approaches to complex design problems
  • Ability to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Be solution-driven, highly creative, and able to improvise
  • A deep passion for digital products and channels, constantly keeping abreast of latest trends, best practices and competitive activity
  • An understanding of web usability and information architecture

What You Would Do:

  • Intimately understand the client’s business, industry and competition, leveraging that knowledge to help generate new ideas to strategically grow their business
  • Help conceptualize and develop digital communications, including user-friendly websites, rich media, banners, microsites, landing pages, email campaigns, and applications components to be consistent with overall campaign components
  • Raise the standard by applying the latest interaction design approaches, design templates and processes
  • Effectively interact with clients as needed in a way that positively impacts the agency relationship, including presentation of new initiatives, concepts and campaigns
  • Work under minimal supervision to lead creative
  • Handle multiple tasks easily, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines and client/agency expectations
  • Consistently collaborate with team members throughout the work process to foster, facilitate and consistently deliver great work that is on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Ensure work is on-strategy, breakthrough, appropriate for the brand and approved by senior management
