This paid opportunity will spotlight authentic mentor-mentee and coach-player relationships, celebrating the powerful impact these bonds have on confidence, identity, growth, and character development.

The series will focus on meaningful time spent together, shared experiences, and the real conversations that help shape the next generation. Casting directors are looking for genuine relationships — not actors — who are open to sharing their story on camera in an uplifting and honest way.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate as a real coach/mentor and preteen or teen boy duo

• Share your authentic relationship and experiences on camera

• Engage in guided conversations and activities during filming

• Be open, supportive, and comfortable in a documentary-style setting

Requirements

• Real coaches, mentors, or father figures with preteen or teen boys

• Preteen and teen boys comfortable appearing on camera

Job Description
A new unscripted vertical micro-series is now casting veteran fathers, father figures, and sons for a powerful storytelling project exploring real-life relationships shaped by military service. This paid opportunity focuses on authentic duos willing to share their experiences through hands-on challenges, teamwork, and honest conversations.

Each episode will bring a father and son pair together to reconnect, build something meaningful, and reflect on how military service has influenced their communication, values, identity, and bond. This is not an acting role. Casting directors are seeking real families with real stories.

Production will not pair participants. Applicants must apply as a duo.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate as a real father/son or father-figure/son duo

• Engage in hands-on activities and filmed conversations

• Share personal experiences related to military service and family dynamics

• Be open, collaborative, and comfortable on camera

Requirements

• Veteran fathers and sons

• Active duty, retired, or reserve service members and their sons

• Father figures whose military background influenced the men they helped raise

• Ages 10–75

• Comfortable discussing identity, responsibility, growth, and connection

• Based in or near the Tri-State area (within 2 hours of New York preferred)

• Must apply as an existing duo
