An upcoming film is looking for talented Indian dancers with expertise in classical dance styles such as Bharatanatyam and Kathak, or folk dance styles like Bhangra and Garba. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on a professional set and perform for a large audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform classical or folk Indian dance styles as part of the film’s choreography

• Work closely with the choreographer and production team to execute routines

• Bring energy, authenticity, and professionalism to each performance

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Bhangra, or Garba

• Ability to commit to filming dates in mid-to-late September in the Boston area

Compensation

• $1,092 per day

Paid Extras for Upcoming TV Series Adaptation

Job Description
Casting paid background extras for an exciting new series based on the Elin Hilderbrand novel. This project will be filmed on location and is exclusively seeking Nantucket residents. Extras will help bring the vibrant atmosphere of the series to life in various scenes.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate as a background performer in on-set scenes

• Follow directions from the director and production team

• Maintain continuity and professionalism throughout filming

• Be available for the required shoot dates

Requirements

• Must be a current Nantucket resident

• Age 18 and over

• Comfortable working on a professional film set

• Must be able to provide a recent photo for casting consideration

Compensation

Male Theatre Performer to Portray Sons of Liberty

Job Description
A live event production is seeking experienced non-union male theatre performers to portray members of the Sons of Liberty in an upcoming historical reenactment. Performers should be confident, expressive, and able to bring historical characters to life with clarity and conviction. This is a dynamic opportunity to engage with live audiences while showcasing your classical performance skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray Sons of Liberty characters in a scripted live performance

• Attend rehearsals and participate in a Zoom callback

• Collaborate with the creative team and fellow actors to deliver an authentic experience

• Represent historical figures with accuracy, emotion, and stage presence

Requirements

• Male performers, white, ages 20s–50s

• Strong theatre background preferred

• Must be non-union

• Must be available for Zoom callback, in-person rehearsal, and performance

• Willingness to travel to and work in Boston

Compensation

• Session Fee: $600

• Rehearsal Rate: $250

• Hotel accommodations and meals provided during rehearsal and performance days
