A major cable network is assembling a top-tier crew for the next season of Below Deck, featuring a 50 m+ charter motor yacht. We need seasoned yacht professionals—galley to deck—who thrive under pressure, uphold five-star service, and bring on-camera charisma to an unforgettable charter season.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury-level guest service during charter trips

• Coordinate daily operations: mooring, deck maintenance, provisioning, cabins

• Execute safety drills and follow maritime regulations at all times

• Work seamlessly with production staff while maintaining yacht professionalism

• Represent the charter brand and show with positivity on and off camera

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 and legally eligible to work and travel internationally

• Recent experience aboard motor or sailing yachts (50 m+ preferred)

• Valid STCW, ENG1 (or equivalent) and role-specific certificates

• Available for multi-week shoot window; flexible with itinerary changes
